“I bought this as "new", but what was shipped was partially assembled with missing parts. The parts and hardward I did received were all jumbled in one plastic bag and unlabeled. So I had a bench that was partially completed that didn't match the starting point of the instructions, combined with unlabeled hardware, making it impossible to follow the instructions and not enough parts to fully build the bench. Support gave me one singular bushing for my troubles, and my bench remains incomplete but usable.”
