“Ordered the adjustable FID bench. When it came in the box it came with no instructions and due to this I believed I was missing hardware. When searching online I located directions but it still was unclear which pieces to use to put together. Watched a video of some guy unboxing his in which he had a welcome packet and instructions. I talked to customer service which sent me new hardware but no instructions or anything else. Once I was able to play around with it, I was able to figure out just how to do it myself. Now that I have it set up and functional the bench is really nice. Padding is grippy and really thick. It stores easily and up right to save space. If it wasn’t for the mishap at the beginning it’d be a 5 star for me.”
“This bench seems to be very sturdy. My previous bench broke (seat adjuster rod that held the seat in the position you wanted sheared in half) and this looked like a great option and is able to decline which was harder to find than I figured would be the case. I am a little nervous about the seat adjuster rod on this because it’s smaller diameter than my previous bench’s but we will see. Overall very happy with it so far.”
