Train in every position—flat, incline, or decline—with the Elite Series Adjustable FID Bench. Designed for full-body workouts, this bench delivers strength, stability, and space-saving convenience for your home gym or garage setup.
With a 1,000 LB flat weight capacity and 500 LB incline rating, it’s built to handle heavy lifts without wobble. The tripod frame ensures solid foot placement during sit-ups and presses, and the foam foot anchors keep you locked in when going all out.
Four seat pad positions and six back pad angles (from 0–85 degrees) let you target key muscles, so you can fine-tune your setup for every lift. It folds upright for quick storage, and the rear wheels and knurled handle make it easy to move.
Built from 11-gauge steel and topped with HeftyGrip vinyl, this adjustable bench is ready for high-volume use. It also features anodized adjustment knobs and rubber feet to stay stable and protect your floors.
If you want a strong, versatile bench that works as hard as you do, this one's built for it.

Quality of bench is great, feels very solid. The only issue I had was the quality of assembly instructions.

I’ve owned a lot of fitness equipment over the years, but nothing has impressed me quite like the Titan bench. From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell this wasn’t just another piece of gym gear—it’s a foundation. The frame feels rock solid, like something you’d find in a commercial gym, yet it fits seamlessly into my home setup. No wobble, no creak, just pure stability no matter how much weight I throw on it. The padding strikes the perfect balance between comfort and firmness—enough give to keep long sessions comfortable, but dense enough that you don’t sink in or lose power on your lifts. Adjusting the angles is smooth and secure, with zero play in the mechanism. I’ve done everything from heavy presses to step-ups and Bulgarian split squats, and this bench doesn’t flinch. What I really love is the confidence it gives me. When you’re under a heavy bar, you don’t want to second-guess your equipment. With this bench, I know it’s going to support me every time. It’s not just a bench—it’s a training partner. Honestly, Titan didn’t just make a bench; they built a throne for strength training. If you’re serious about lifting, save yourself the regret of cheaper options. This is hands-down the best investment I’ve made for my home gym.

Got the FID bench for my sons. A washer was missing and I had to run to the hardware store. Otherwise good build quality. Wrestling season is starting and hope they are bringing more pins!

Solid bench, don't like the leg thing but feels quality for the price point. Not to bad to set up.
