“This bench is extremely sturdy and I expect will last a long time. The only issue is this bench was partiall pre assembled and the back support arm seems to have been put on incorrectly, causing a misalignment with the support notches. Easy to correct but it did bother me.”
“This is a nice center piece to my gym. It looks great, has no wobble and the cushions Titan uses are all nicely padded. I like decline presses and this bench is a little short of the angle I like, I use my standing calf blocks for more tilt and it’s perfect. I’ll never outgrow this one and can’t wait for my t-3 half rack tk get here to pair them up.”
“first, theFID bench is well constructed and and looks great- i use titan equipment with my one-on-one trainer in her gym. two issues with titan itself. thier customer support is just about the worst i have ever dealt with. no matter what time of day you call- no human being EVER takes a call. chat is not much better after 5 tries over 4 days a person finally entered a chat session (after 30 minutes of waiting). the real issue was that the manual for assembly does not match what is shipped. both thier online and paper manual show instructions for assembly with 100 parts not assembled. what arrived was a bench that was 3/4 completed, just requiring some final parts. the problem is, not knowing what parts are already completed and where to start.- chat promised a call back from product support 3 business days ago- still waiting on that call. eventually with some guesswork and trepidation, i did get the bench assembled. but this is not how to support your products or customers. so my rating is totally impacted by thier operations, not the product. if even the manual was correct but support was this bad, i would have given them a better rating”
