“Bench seems fine overall but the seat was sent with a tear in it. Customer service has not been helpful and wants me to return the entire bench which must be dissembled.”

“I was looking for a new bench, something really solid, with all the adjustments that this one offered, and this is mostly perfect. I say mostly because the bench itself IS perfect. Very stable, great cushions, perfect height and size, perfect adjustments, super professional. The only thing I'd change is the wheels, which are just a little on the small size - likely wouldn't be an issue for most, except a bit harder to roll it on my carpet covered space. But love this bench !”
