The Adjustable Plyometric Box can be set to 4-heights between 12 and 18-inches high, with a 24 x 24-inch landing platform. The Plyo Box features a non-slip, strong rubber grip platform and (2) adjustable knobs with locking pins. The box is made of durable steel and powder-coated black for a longer-lasting finish. This box is perfect for box jumps, push-ups, dips, step ups, and other plyometric exercises.

“The box was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. I can do box jumps and other dynamic exercises without being concerned that the box will move or otherwise cause injury. The plyo box arrived damaged. The shipping box was damaged in shipment, but the damage to the legs of the plyo box did not correspond to the damage on the cardboard box. Two of the legs looked like they had either been damaged while they were being packed or had shifted in transport. Since the parts were packed in bubble wrap, I'm not sure how the damage could have occurred during shipment. The powder coat was scraped and the legs were dented. Rather than return the plyo box and have to wait for a new one to ship, I will touch up the damaged areas with rust-resistant paint.”

“The box had a rusty frame and it looked like chrome paint was applied to it in order to cover it up. When applying the bolts to the frame and top they did not line up, I spent over 2 hours trying to line up 1 bolt. Even though I was partially reimbursed, $20 ( which is nothing) I don't feel like this piece will last and I only accepted the $20 because I didn't want to spend $60 shipping it back. If you're going to make the purchase, expect the quality to be questionable and don't have high expectations. It'll do the job but it's probably not going to last long and it's ugly.”

“Completely sturdy and well built. Everyone at my gym loves this new addition for their box squats. Only drawback is it is hard to change height levels but that shouldnt stop you from purchasing this unbelievable box.”
