I use it as a set up for Hip Thrusts. You can set it up above your hips. This is a very cost effective solution to simplify the exercise instead of buying an expensive set up. Also great for Romanian Deadlifts and Bent over Barbell Rows. It attaches to the barbell and is adjustable and priced very affordably. It’s also very strong and can hold a ton of weight. Highly recommended!

I received the dead blocks they we're already assembled and very easy to set up the first setting I pulled was about 4 in off the floor the second setting about 5 and a 1/2 I've been powerlifting for 40 years and these are great for working through sticking points and not getting hurt at 67 years old and still breaking records they definitely have my endorsement, Vinnie Vardine..

They look great and attach to the bar with ease but the pins that hold up the elevation are thin and week. After one use the pins were so twisted I had a hard time getting them out. I would definitely recommend stronger and larger pins to the company. I did return the platforms and they sent me two new ones. Again the pins bent with just a couple lifts . I might just drill them out and put larger hitch pins in them.

Finally can change plates easily, do deadlifts, "rack pulls," etc. - in comfort and for a very reasonable price. Quality construction and space-saving alternative to trad. lifting blocks. Highly recommended.

Came full assembled out of the box. Easy to assemble. Makes storing the barbell easier too! So far, so good.

The Deadlift Pulling Blocks from Titan came just as advertised. They look nice and are built very solid. I have no doubt that they will last for a very long time if used correctly. Once you get used to hooking your bar up to them, they provide a great workout. I would definitely buy them again.
