The Deadlift Pulling Blocks are designed to easily add or change weight in seconds with the barbell suspended in the air. The inverted T-shaped structure features four adjustable height settings from 13 to 17.5-inches and a 51mm barbell sleeve with a locking knob. Each block weighs 12.5-pounds and takes up 2-inches of space on your barbell sleeve. This pair of Dead Lift Pulling Blocks are great accessories for perfecting your form while performing deadlifts, Olympic cleans and snatches, or even the floor press.NOTE: DO NOT DROP, these blocks are design to help you achieve a better deadlift and must be set down at the end of your lift and not dropped.

These things are a great addition to my home gym. Makes it easy to set up and perform 18" deadlift. Also have used them to do a floor press variation

perfect for what i was looking for...a replacement for making blocks for block pulls. space saver for sure and good quality for a home gym.

Seems to work very well. I wish they went a little lower but not a big deal. Putting a plate under your feet for lower motion range is real easy. Plus the fact that if you deadlift sumo they are way better then the usual blocks people use, because the usual blocks will force you to bring your stance in closer. With these you can sumo with the same wide stance. I like them a lot.

My garage floor is uneven,but also great to go outside and do rack pulls. Cheap and sturdy enough to put on farmers walk handles for picks and runs.

These work great for elevated deadlifts but the rubber seems cheap and has tipped and come off the bottom in only a few uses.
