“We have a home gym that includes a cable crossover machine. I had been moving our incline bench each time to use with that machine and it’s not a very simple piece of equipment to scoot around! This bench is perfect in that it can be used by itself, and also in accordance with other gym equipment. It’s got a handle in the front that allows you to pick it up and tilt it back on wheels that glide across the floor and it’s lightweight, especially compared to the incline bench. Worth the cost just to save my back ;)”

“This was easy to put together and has solid contruction. It is exactly what we needed for our home gym system. This chair will get a good amount of use in our smith machine and for seated isolated shoulder and arm training.”
