“Not sure if this is widespread with all Titan products, but I received this bench and a replacement bench that both had the same issue. The portion of the metal frame that attaches to the padded back support was warped, making each bench unusable. Seemed like a great piece of equipment, but I’m not re-ordering a 3rd to assemble it, take it apart and return it again.”

“I ordered this bench and noticed the back support was warped which makes the bench unusable for heavy lifts as it’ll lead to an imbalance. Customer service was easy to work with and shipped me another bench, which had the same exact issue. Not sure if it’s just isolated to this manufacturing run but disappointed as this had good reviews. Will probably end up spending a little more money for a reliable brand of this bench.”

“The packaging was good, as in the outer box was intact. However, the items inside the box were loosely packaged and damaged. I feel this was a bench that someone has returned. Granted I bought it on sale but this should have been a scratch and dent sale...”
