“All the weights arrived, however there were was manufacture defects in the paint job. Looks uneven and rushed. There was also a bag appeared to be long black hair on 2 of the plates that was embedded either the spray paint. Also the packaging for shipping is very poor both shipments the weights ripped through the box causing additional damage.”

“Great for your home gym without taking up so much room. Only downfall is the metal burs you get in your hands until you break them in. I will be getting the shorter handles when they come in stock.”

“I used to write reviews for all of the equipment I purchased from Titan, but after giving them 5 stars on dozens of items, I stopped keeping up with it. I had to come back to comment on these dumbbells. First of all, they're fantastic. The collars work better than most screw-on sets and the chrome finish arrived in perfect condition (and has remained that way even after some rough contact with metal shelving). What really drove me to leave a review was the customer service. FedEx broke open the boxes during the original shipment and only delivered a few of the components, which they had done a terrible job or repackaging in a FedEx box. What did arrive was chipped up from the plates banging into each other in a loose box with no protection. As soon as I contacted Titan about it, they arranged for FedEx to pick up the damaged shipment from my doorstep at no cost to me. Within about a week, the new shipment had arrived at my door in perfect condition. They really are an incredible company.”
