“The barbell itself is well made. It replicates an axel version of the Milo Duplex Bar. I wish Titan would make a rackable version (add 4-5 inches to the handle) with larger globes. Starting weight as 45 pounds.”

“This barbell is well made and a great addition to my home gym. I like the thick grip and i find it a big plus. It's a nice looking/conversational piece of equipment. I don't recommend using sand or water to fill the globes. I filled my globes with stainless steel BBs, 1/4", though you can us any size BB. You don't have to worry about rust or clumping. The cost of loading the barbell to it's maximum is a factor and if you want to adjust the weight down in the future is problematic.”

“Awesome fun piece of equipment to use. I add bands and or chains to it. Add water don’t fill it up and it’s great for imbalance which will help to work and strengthen stabilizers. Has alot of great benefits and can be used for everybody part. It’s also a solid quality piece of equipment”

“I couldn’t find anywhere what weight it could get to. Mine weight 24 pounds empty and loaded with 7 1/2 lead shot it is almost full at 125 pounds. So not bad! I do wish there were marks for the center and maybe at the quarter areas as well”

“the actual construction is solid but other than looking cool I'm finding it hard to find a real application. I can't get it heavy enough for a good work out. that said it looks awsome and for the price it's not a total loss. my kids get a kick out of it.”

“I had been looking for a "old-time strong-man" style bar for awhile - they just look cool, ya know? Got lucky and found this item from Titan. Not only does it look great, but the loadable globes make it very flexible for using varying weights for all different kinds of exercises and progressions (I like using this best for side presses and waiter walks). Really well made, and easy to keep it looking like new - just wipe down with the same 3-in-1 oil I use for my barbell. Even when not using it, it looks super-cool at rest next to my kettlebells in the garage gym. At the price this is a steal. Thank you Titan for offering this unique product!”
