The Rickshaw Farmer's Walk is constructed for strongman and endurance training while focusing on grip strength and easy plate loading. Ideal for home gyms or garage gyms, the Rickshaw frame is a simple and effective design for deadlifts, shrugs, or farmers walks with handles that are in a fixed position close to your body. Built with an open frame that features dual, smooth neutral handles, elevated weight sleeves, and rubber feet. Made to support a weight capacity of up to 600 LB, this Rickshaw Farmer's Walk allows for a versatile range of movements in split squats, walking lunges, and more while maintaining balance for deadlifts and shrugs. The Rickshaw Farmer's walk is easy to carry, prevents your plates from touching the ground, and allows for a more centered workout protecting your lower back.

I have used the trap bar in workouts and for my classes but was looking for something that people could just walk into rather than walk over. This works great for trap deadlifts as well as farmers walk.

Solid, well built and very versatile. It allows you to do so much with it: Farmer's walk; deadlifts; step-ups; lunges; squat jumps; a variation of burpee weighted jumps. I've been using a cardio step inside the frame to go a little deeper on the deadlifts. I am very happy with this purchase.

Does what it is supposed to. The only minor complaint I have is it did not include clamps for weights.

I absolutely love my Rickshaw. I do carries several days a week at varying loads and distances and it feels great. The load being a little closer to your body than a traditional hex bar helps reduce the strain on the back, especially for longer walks. I also like having it as a 'secondary barbell' in resistance training circuits, you can load it up for deadlifts, shrugs, bent over rows, step ups, etc. The slight elevation makes it easier to load plates and also prevents scuffing if that's something that you are concerned about. Basically, if you like carries and hex bar work you should buy one.
