The 60" Olympic Barbell is an excellent piece of equipment for both men and women who want to focus on bicep curls, deadlifts, back squats, overhead presses, lunges, or power cleans. This 25 LB bar is 5 FT long with a 28mm grip shaft and 50mm Olympic-sized weight sleeves that support a weight capacity of up to 500 LB. The bar is fully constructed from high-quality steel, with the shaft providing a tensile strength consistency of 110,000 PSI. The bar features a medium diamond textured knurling on either end and is great for training at the gym or in your own home.NOTE: This barbell provides a 36.5" sleeve-to-sleeve length and will NOT rack on most standard power racks. Please measure the width of your rack before purchase if you intend to use it in conjunction with your rack.

“This is my 1st purchase for home gym equipment since I've decided not to renew my gym membership due to Covid-19. This is the perfect size for me, I'm a young woman who wanted a bar that would fit into her small apartment to be used for Hip Thrusts, Deadlifts and other barbell workouts. This bar perfectly suits the bill. It arrived incredibly fast in a skinny cardboard tube with caps on the end. There's a lubricate on the bar to keep it from rusting, so don't freak out. You'll have to slide it out of a plastic wrap and maybe do a light wipe down. I used my bar immediately and I'm so looking forward to incorporating this (with some weight plates I brought) into my daily work routine.”

“I bought this bar to provide variety in my garage gym. I have used it several times so far for different exercises and I really like it! It is really well built. The knurling is more aggressive than any of my other bars.”

“Our gym closed suddenly due to COVID-19. We needed a barbell to use for the time being. This barbell is shorter than your typical Olympic bar, but still works great for just about any lift, except snatches and overhead squats. Overall, great bar for the price.”
