The 60" Olympic Barbell is an excellent piece of equipment for both men and women who want to focus on bicep curls, deadlifts, back squats, overhead presses, lunges, or power cleans. This 25 LB bar is 5 FT long with a 28mm grip shaft and 50mm Olympic-sized weight sleeves that support a weight capacity of up to 500 LB. The bar is fully constructed from high-quality steel, with the shaft providing a tensile strength consistency of 110,000 PSI. The bar features a medium diamond textured knurling on either end and is great for training at the gym or in your own home.NOTE: This barbell provides a 36.5" sleeve-to-sleeve length and will NOT rack on most standard power racks. Please measure the width of your rack before purchase if you intend to use it in conjunction with your rack.

“I bought this to use for straight bar curls on my preacher bench, which works great. My son started using this as a training bar for flat bench, which also works great as the weight is only 25 pounds. Overall, very nice bar. Good grip, nice finish and smooth collars. Well done. Would definitely recommend for the price.”

“It came with a few tiny issues on the plating, but c’mon, its $80 shipped. Nice knurling, i do wish it went all the way to the caps, but still great all around. Used it for squat cleans today (Badger Hero WOD), had to scale back and the weight of this bar allows me to put heavier bumpers on which makes it great for dropping, vs using a full size 45lb bar with smaller bumpers. Anyway, get one, you need a smaller bar to go with your fullsize, it just makes sense as it adds versatility to your gym…curls, etc.”
