The Olympic Hex Weight Bar combines the flush handle of a regular hex bar with a raised grip to create a multifunctional specialty barbell. This trap, or hex bar, is specialized for three essential exercises: the deadlift, the shrug, and pulls. The bar is constructed from precision-grade steel, sits 6" off the ground, and is crafted with two sets of 25mm medium-knurled neutral handles that give a firm, sturdy grip as you lift your weights. During your workout, easily switch from one set of handles to the other by flipping the bar. Doing so focuses on shrugs and limiting shoulder stress. Use this bar to isolate your abdominals, glutes, legs, and arms. Made to support a weight capacity of up to 500 LB, this OL Trap Bar helps to isolate muscle groups, tone, and tighten specific body parts and allows you to perform deadlifts accurately without placing unnecessary strain on your lower back.

“I haven't been able to deadlift for 2 years due to a lower back injury. This bar helped me rehabbing my lower back and going back to over 400lbs deadlift over the course of just 3 months! If you're on the fence or haven't deadlifted due to injury, this bar is a great way to get back in the deadlift game. The only downside is the short sleeves. I was able to load it up to 435lbs max( with steel plates), so if you're on the stronger side this might be a limiting factor. Otherwise it's a no brainer!”

“Want a solid Hex Bar? This is it. The value for the price cannot be beat. There are no frills added to this but will certainly get the job done very well. This was packaged very well and even came with Spring Collars. The only MINOR thing that I would suggest to Titan is to complete the look with proper end cap, with their logo (like their SSB has).”

“First order from Titan! Love the knurling and used it on the day it came in for dead lifts and the next day for farmers carry. Best deal around on this size hex bar. My college age son and wife have both used it as well with no complaints. The bar does the job! From the order to the arrival the process was seamless. Would order this one again and will be ordering from Titan again for sure.”

“I purchased this hex bar on May 8th and received it on May 14th. I did receive a FedEx tracking number, but it was off. On the morning of the 14th my tracking info said it would be delivered May 20th... so when it arrived on the 14th I was excited with zero complaints of course . The box was packaged pretty well but I can see why others had issues with the sleeves getting scuffed up.. the very ends are the only thing not well protected. The bar itself feels solid. The knurling is on the aggressive side which I guess most might say is good for a hex bar. I wouldn’t mind it a little less aggressive (my rogue Echo 2.0 barbell is perfect).. I was looking at the other nicer looking rackable hex bar for $250 but I didn’t want to have to make space for a 7ft hex bar. 4.5ft is perfect Overall, solid choice for $130 shipped”

“Know what you're buying. If you are buying a trap bar that you only need to load up with around 405lbs max, this is your bar. For that purpose, it's a great bar for that price range and is pretty well made.”
