“I love using this hex bar. Can lift heavier with this than using a barbell especially if you have some lower back problems. It is very sturdy and enough room to load it up pretty heavy. It is my new favorite lift!”

“i was very happy with the fit and finish on this product, very clean and perfect if you are short on space. DeadLifts/Rows/Shrugs/Overhead Presses perfect size, if you want to lift super heavy then get bigger bar, but if you want a comfortable multi use hex bar this is it.”
