“The quality of my item was good. My frustration is with the return process. My item was unused and never left the box. But I had to pay a 20% restocking fee. I’m also upset that the restocking fee is charged after tax and not based on the item subtotal. On top of having to pay for shipping myself, Titan tries to make it so you can’t make returns. Which is understandable, but I’ll never purchase here again”

“This little jack works as expected and I have no complaints. It's a good value. One of the welds is a little messy but it is super stout and the powder coat is good. Would recommend for deadlifts and landmine work.”

“Works perfectly. Has some bumper gaurds where the bar goes so the bar doesnt get scratched up. Was goimg to DIY one but this was just a no brainer so... yep.”
