With an empty weight of 15 LB, this mace weight is loadable up to 40 LB with a fill hole 1" in diameter. Load it with steel, lead shot, or sand to increase resistance. Because it's adjustable, this macebell is accessible to any athlete and can be made heavier to keep up with your gains. A sturdy 2" in diameter handle creates an asymmetrical weight load. This means you can adjust the difficulty level of your workout by adjusting your grip. Move your hands closer to the head for an easier workout, then move them farther for more of a challenge. Constructed with a fully welded steel handle and head, this one-piece design eliminates any chance of the head separating from the handle and is made to last, swing after swing.

“I like mine so much that I bought two of them. One, I keep unloaded. The other I filled with steel shot. I created two YouTube videos about them so if you want to know more about them look for Titan Fitness Loadable Mace Hammer on YouTube. To me, exercise should be effective, safe, and fun. The Titan Fitness Loadable Mace, especially if you keep it empty, is fun to exercise with. I use mine to do one-hand dumbbell-like exercises with, like curls, presses, rows, reverse curls, hammer curls, front raises, side lateral raises, and I also use it like a U.S. Marine would use a rifle and bayonet if he ran out of ammo. My heavy Titan Fitness Loadable Mace I use to do standing and sitting triceps extensions and 2-hand unbalanced barbell-like exercises, like curls, presses, rows, and reverse curls. Even though I already own two Titan Fitness Loadable Maces, I plan to buy a third so I can do 2-hand (one in each hand) and alternating dumbbell exercises with 2 unfilled Titan Fitness Loadable Maces.”

“I have numerous items from Titan Fitness with no complaints thus far, this being a minor exception. The mace is an excellent addition to my collection of workout ‘toys’ (tools) but I wish they would have applied a more durable coating or at least let it dry thoroughly before bagging it up and sending it to me !…. Yeah, you can clearly see where the ‘still wet’ coating ended up sticking to the bubble wrap in a few spots and where it appears they missed a few places, so it looks like I’m going to be redoing the sub par finish. Other than that I do really like and recommend purchasing one for yourself if you’re into these types of workout implements like I am.”

“A great mace for the price. I have not even loaded the mace and i still get a pretty good workout from it. The 2" thick handle really gives your forearms a workout. The only thing i would change is moving the fill/empty plug closer to the handle.”
