The Upright Farmers Walk Handles set the bar for strongman and endurance training. The exclusive vertical post and adjustable handle design let you train by customizing your preference. The two-height adjustable handle allows you to switch between 8-in. - the same as a hex deadlift bar and 16-in. - traditional Farmers' Walk Handle height. The vertical weight posts enable you to load more weight than conventional Farmers' Walk Handles and protect your plates by keeping them from hitting the ground if dropped.

“Really like the versatility of these Farmer handles. They're the only handle I found that you can change the handle height to a trap bar height. For the price you can't beat them, and the build is quite sturdy. Adding the link connectors helps maximize their use.”

“Terrible piece of equipment. Has done nothing but push me to my limit both physically and mentally. This extra effort has so drastically increased my muscle mass that I now have to spend a fortune at the supermarket. Do you know what protein costs at this point, let's not even talk about having to buy bigger clothes, all the credit card debt I am now in from all these beautiful women wanting to date me strictly for my newfound gains. Also, this machine is so versatile that I was able to buy less equipment..so much for credit card reward points. I bought this with full intentions as the world's coolest clothes rack but Thanks Titan it is so good I use it several times a week, so my new wardrobe is all on the floor in bundles since I am too sore from using it this to put my clothes away properly.”
