The Upright Farmers Walk Handles set the bar for strongman and endurance training. The exclusive vertical post and adjustable handle design let you train by customizing your preference. The two-height adjustable handle allows you to switch between 8-in. - the same as a hex deadlift bar and 16-in. - traditional Farmers' Walk Handle height. The vertical weight posts enable you to load more weight than conventional Farmers' Walk Handles and protect your plates by keeping them from hitting the ground if dropped.

“I bought this to do conditioning work for not only me but my clients. Light enough that untrained clients can still use it and heavy duty enough to load up the weight. I have used 300lb per hand multiple times and have not had any problems. Being able to use the crossbars to turn it into a frame makes it easy to add variety in your training. Its also very comfortable to do deadlifts on and holds up well to heavy weights. Take it apart and it takes up little space, which is perfect for home gyms.”

“The design is very functional, no complaints. Shipping was quick, tracking information was accurate, and it arrived in fine condition. Cost to quality ratio, Titan is the leader. The "strongman" line of gear Titan has is truthfully better than I need. No way will I ever wear this thing out. Be very cool to see a line of "stone molds" added to the Titan line!!”

“I was getting ready to order an $800 set when I saw these. Figured I'd give them a shot, and if I didn't like them, they'd at least last me through the year. Excellent build quality and beyond solid. Saved a ton of cash by picking these up. They'll last for years.”

“Purchased this piece of equipment because it was a combo therefore better utilized by all in my conventional fitness center. The equipment is sturdy and has held up so far with 800#. My only issue is with the height of the equipment. The feet on it does not allow for any clearance of toes or feet. So if you aren't pulling with a narrow stance good luck. Its not a matter if you smash your feet its when. An easy fix would be to have thicker skids/feet like 1-3 inches to allow for room, but then you would also have to adjust the height of the handles as well.”

“This piece of equipment is fantastic. I thought when I bought it there would be some rickety parts (especially around the handles) but I decided to risk it due to the price. I was pleasantly surprised to find out this thing is built like a tank. The handles are great and don't beat my thighs up when walking. The knurling is great and holds chalk well but the quality to price ratio is where this shines. This equipment will let you experience the same brutality any other farmers walk handles/frame will give you at half the cost.”

“I've been looking for an inexpensive pair of farmer's walk handles, as well as trap bar. I picked this up because of the price and the fact that it fit both needs. What I couldn't believe when it arrived was the quality. It was much better than I expected. These will last forever. Zero complaints.”
