The Cambered Multi-Grip Bar is a specialty training Olympic barbell outfitted to reduce unnecessary strain on your wrists and shoulders. The bend helps stabilize your center of gravity, boosting the security and safety of the exercise. The design allows you to gain a greater range of motion. It features three various knurled textured grips with a single knurl mark to help keep a center hold on the bar. One set is angled 30-degrees and spaced 10-in. apart, and two sets of neutral grips spaced at 20-in. and 28.5-in. apart. Combined with the multiple grips, you can target specific muscle groups with ease. Go from narrow to wide to hit different muscle groups and enjoy the comfort of lifting with an angled neutral grip taking the pressure off the shoulder joints. Whether you are bench pressing or doing rows, the extra 2-in. camber will increase the stretch and pull of each rep, pushing you harder than a standard barbell ever will.

“Purchased this bar for its versatility. The bar is great as you can gather from the website, multiple grip options, great price, great workmanship. It is wide but we rest it on the safety catches of the half rack. We use this bar for bench press, curls, you name it. Don’t think about it. At this price buy this beast.”

“Just received the bar but one initial observation is that it's a little tricky to ra-rack on my RML because of the squared off corners towards the sleeves. They tend to hit the jcups if you're not careful. I have a non cambered multigrip bar from another company that has 45 degree bends into the sleeve section which allows for a lot more clearance. Maybe this is something to consider in future versions. Other than that this feels like a solid piece of equipment and gives a good stretch.”

“Not much to say other than this bar is AWESOME!! Titan products never cease to amaze, always a great value. I wouldnt use any other company to build my home gym. If you have shoulder issues like me, you should not be benching without this bar!”

“It is a bit tight racking it and you have to watch how you rack it because you can hit the sides very easily. The bar itself feels good and is equal (spacing, handles, knurling etc). My bar came packaged really well. I've ordered several things from titan and this bar's package came in great condition. No holes sealed all the way around with tape and had the plastic straps on it.”
