Multi-Grip Camber Bar Reviews

The Cambered Multi-Grip Bar is a specialty training Olympic barbell outfitted to reduce unnecessary strain on your wrists and shoulders. The bend helps stabilize your center of gravity, boosting the security and safety of the exercise. The design allows you to gain a greater range of motion. It features three various knurled textured grips with a single knurl mark to help keep a center hold on the bar. One set is angled 30-degrees and spaced 10-in. apart, and two sets of neutral grips spaced at 20-in. and 28.5-in. apart. Combined with the multiple grips, you can target specific muscle groups with ease. Go from narrow to wide to hit different muscle groups and enjoy the comfort of lifting with an angled neutral grip taking the pressure off the shoulder joints. Whether you are bench pressing or doing rows, the extra 2-in. camber will increase the stretch and pull of each rep, pushing you harder than a standard barbell ever will.

It is a clunky bar appearing to have been made out of spare leg curl parts. Big downside is it doesn't support standard clips/clamps.. also, Titan permanently affixed the Titan emblem on backwards so it is officially a NATIT bar.

I purchased this bar while rehabbing a shoulder strain or partial tear. The grip placement causes you to lift with your arms and elbows closer to your body/sides, which reduces strain on your shoulders. The camber design also allows for a deeper descent and greater range of movement during the lift. Once you adapt, it is great.

This was a worthwhile purchase. I am sixty-one years of age and am still pounding the iron. Having said this, the bar is a welcome relief on the shoulder joints for the bench and inclne press. it is also great for working the triceps with close grip benches.

Overall the bar is pretty good, there are a few different grip options which is nice. I like that it is cambered, gives me an extra stretch at the bottom of the lift. There is some kind of small rattling on the inside, a minor annoyance. Personally I wish the knurling was a bit more aggressive, just my own preference. Lastly, I wish the sleeves were the standard Olympic barbell size so my collars would fit properly. Now I need to buy a new set of collars to go with this product. Overall it’s a good bar, just know what you’re getting into.

This bar is definitely worth the price. I use it for bench and Ohp to add variety and for less wear and tear on the rotator cuff area. Turning the cambered part out feels best!
