The Cambered Multi-Grip Bar is a specialty training Olympic barbell outfitted to reduce unnecessary strain on your wrists and shoulders. The bend helps stabilize your center of gravity, boosting the security and safety of the exercise. The design allows you to gain a greater range of motion. It features three various knurled textured grips with a single knurl mark to help keep a center hold on the bar. One set is angled 30-degrees and spaced 10-in. apart, and two sets of neutral grips spaced at 20-in. and 28.5-in. apart. Combined with the multiple grips, you can target specific muscle groups with ease. Go from narrow to wide to hit different muscle groups and enjoy the comfort of lifting with an angled neutral grip taking the pressure off the shoulder joints. Whether you are bench pressing or doing rows, the extra 2-in. camber will increase the stretch and pull of each rep, pushing you harder than a standard barbell ever will.

“This camber bar is supposed to help with bad shoulder so don't put much stress I ended up hurting my right shoulder I like the bar but I believe I should of bought straight bar the camber make you go deeper and that how I hurt my self now trying to heal up then try it again just can go deep other wise a good bar different”

“The bar is awesome, heavy duty, great grips and handle spacing. The only negative is that my normal plastic collars are too large for this bar which I wish I would have known going in but certainly not a deal breaker. I'd recommend this bar for sure.”

“It feels good, I was impressed by the weight and engineering of the specialty bar; yet my joints, especially my shoulders need rehab so an honest review would say it’s made better than the bard I used as a kid-I was impressed. 9/10.”
