I purchased this for my home gym. Simply for safety purposes. The padding is extremely comfortable and great quality. For the price point this safety bar is hard to beat

I am a HS S&C Coach in the Atlanta area. I tried to use another type of safety squat bar and my younger, and smaller athletes struggled with it. I was given a Titan safety squat bar by a former player. The athletes were much more comfortable with the Titan bar. I ordered four more! Thanks

The Titan Fitness SS Bar V2 is a solid addition to my garage gym equipment. It's well constructed and arrives with only the handles needing to be screwed in. I was able to incorporate this into my programming immediately, and have been enjoying the variation to my squats. Highly recommended.

Shoulder problems this bar allows me to start back on squats with minimal adjustment to weight distribution.
