“Bar is a game changer... I've always hated doing squats because its unsafe, bar bruises my neck, puts my arms in an awkward position... but with this i can finally do squats without pain... quality is excellent... definitely recommend people buy this bar.”

“Bar is overall great and what I needed to recover from a pinch nerve. Only issues which honestly aren’t that big of a deal but would be good to have is longer handle bars like some of the other SSB. That would also fix the possible other thing which is the odd weight of 62lbs. Instead of an even 65 or even down to 60lbs.”
