“I’ve used the Titan SSB before, and it is a great value, so I had to get one for my home gym. It came very well packaged, and delivered fairly quickly compared to most gym equipment these days. It did have a few small blemishes/manufacturer defects (this is why I only gave 4 stars), but nothing that impact performance in any way (defects in the finish). I’ve used her several times now, and I love it! pad is really nice compared to other SSB’s that I’ve used as well. I’d definitely recommend this product to someone looking for an SSB on a tight budget.”

“Good bar overall. The handles can wiggle loose over time and can be fixed with a small amount of thread locker. My bigges gripe is that the grips slide off rather easily. It would have been nice for the grab handles to have knurling to solve that problem. The pad is rather thick however it supports the weight on your neck rather comfortably. The chrome finish is nice but had some spots that were unrefined. The construction is very solid and it performs very well in the gym. Good bar for the price.”

“This ssb is a great addition to my training business. Great for clients with limited shoulder mobility that can’t back squat with a straight bar. The padding is Goldilocks… not too firm, not too soft!”

“This is my first SSB and will probably be my last, only because it works great and it will last forever. Titan nailed it and it’s priced right too. I’m a middle aged male that has been lifting for 30 years. Not a power lifter and not a body builder but somewhere in between.”

“This bar is perfect. I like the way you can change up the position of the weight if you just flip the bar. One way keeps the load like a front squat and the other keeps the back squat position. I struggle with shoulder pain with a regular bar, and this completely solved that problem for me. The bar is a bit longer than a conventional bar and you must take into account of storage.”
