The EZ Load Hex Bar V2, created to reduce stress on the spine, is built for the highest-level performance in deadlifts, farmer's walks, bent-over rows, shrugs, squats, and more. Crafted as a fully versatile Trap Bar constructed from precision-grade steel. This uniquely designed specialty bar features elevated weight sleeves that sit 10" off the ground and is engineered with three revolving tri-griped knurled handles measuring 1", 1.5", and 2" diameters, respectively. The neutral center-aligned grips are textured with a medium diamond knurl to help you securely hold the bar in place. Made to support a weight capacity of up to 500-pounds, this EZ Load Hex Bar helps to isolate muscle groups, tone, and tighten specific body parts and allows you to accurately perform deadlifts without placing unnecessary strain on your lower back.NOTE: Do not drop the EZ Load Hex Bar. The bar is not designed to be dropped and should be placed on the ground after use.

“Love this bar and so happy i got the multiple grip option. My only gripe would be that I would have liked more knurl on the 2 bigger grips but thats not enough reson to diss it. My bar weighed in at 54lbs so keep that in mind but what a great addition to the home gym!!”

“Great addition to my home gym. Got here fast and assembly was easy… only mounted the big grips and kept it as a 1 inch hole instead of Olympic size. Works great!”

“This is a great bar but not as versatile as I had hoped for fairly specific reasons. The rotating handles are great for giving options and rqaising the difficulty on lifts. I use this bar weekly for deadlifts and carries and it does that splendily. I had not accounted for how the handles would make the inside space so narrow. I have a medical problem that makes back squats difficult and was hoping to use the hex bar for some squating motion but find the interior space too narrow. Everything turns into a deadlift! Had I thought that through a little more, I might have opted for a different type of hex bar - but that's not Titan's fault. Great for what it is and does.”

“The balance is off when you load the bar in excess of 180lbs. It tips forward or back when and affects the balance. Poorly designed.”

“In theory this design should save time and energy. But one of my sleeves is machined slightly off so loading and unloading plates in that side takes more time and e effort than lifting my typical hex bar off the floor. Further, in assembly, one of the four flat attachments for rotating handles came slightly bent and took great effort to bend the metal back far enough to assemble the whole thing and on that side the handles still don’t spin easily.”

“This bar is a great value. I love the rotating grips as well. It gets the job done and it is not overpriced. I don't think more needs to be said.”
