The bar is not designed to be dropped and should be placed on the ground after use.

Good: It is a great "bar" and feels good when lifting. I am wide and about 280lbs. but fit inside pretty well. That was a worry I had for some reason. Knurling feels a bit aggressive but I like it so it is subjective. The price point is another plus as it was on sale when I got it. Very light compared to the standard solid trap bar. Not so Good: Almost feels weak/flimsy. The welds on the connecting pieces were kind of bad. There are literally gaps between connections and made me re-think the purchase after putting it together. Seems like there is no quality control and maybe mass produced? Looked like leftover pieces and not cut to fit well so the country of origin is most likely offshore. I think the weight will dictate how sturdy it can be but I would not go over 3 plates on eachside just by again seeing the structural integrity welds being so bad at different points. THAT is my only real gripe with this piece. Overall: You get what you paid for! It sucks but it is what I could afford for the time being. For just my wife and myself for garage workouts, I don't see an issue with it. This helps us out with the budget not allowing Rouge price-point equipment yet.

This bar is very unstable when you start to load it up. As the plates are mounted quite high the centre of gravity is higher than a normal hex bar. This means once you start loading around 200lb it will swing backward or forward - just imagine the amount twisting torque that is placing on your lower back. I’ve never had the kind of sharp lower back as I’ve had using this bar. @Titan please let me swap this for a standard hex bar! You can even keep the extra this thing costs

Bar came packed well and was pretty straight forward to assemble. Really like the different size handles as multiple family members use it (male and female) so finding the right grip is no problem. As an older user, I like the fact that the weight is more centered on my deadlifts taking pressure off my lower back. Bar was an excellent value and addition to our home gym.

Excellent piece. Very handy to load weights, with no deadlift jack required. Nice to have 3 handles to choose from.

Very good build, feels good when you lift it off the ground. The multiple grip options help you find the best fit for you. Not to mention how easy it is to load plates on to the bar. It takes away the hassle of the normal had bars.

Installation was easy. The design is variable and I love that. 2/3 of the adjustable handles are usable at all times. It’s incredible for bent over rows for this reason. The price is good and it looks slick. 100% recommend.
