“After loading one plate on the bar by the time I got around to the other side it flipped on me and put a giant hole in my wall. I had read other reviews about it flipping and so I was already being extra careful. Pretty pathetic design if you ask me. With that said I do love using it for squats on my second leg day to relieve shoulder stress from low bar squatting. And when benching it adds extra range of motion and somehow more comfortable than normal bar. Highly recommend curved bars, just not titans.”
