The YUKON Bar is AWESOME ! I have been suffering from bicep tendonitis from Low Bar Squats.., and it was getting worse. I purchased the YUKON.., it arrived quickly and I didn't miss a SQUAT DAY. Now I can continue my contest preparation, without getting too far away from a straight bar squat. I recommend this bar to anyone looking for a variant from the straight bar, but close enough for strength transfer. Plus.., you cannot beat the price and quick delivery ! DWBMHB 86'D 4-LIFE

This is a great "curved" bar at less than half the price of other brands. It is heavy-duty enough for 99.999% of people. It was well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I stopped back squatting about four years ago because it kept tweaking my lower back. I saw a guy at the gym using this exact bar and asked him about it. He let me try it and it was a game-changer - no lower back tweak, felt solid across my shoulders. I liked it so much I bought one for my home gym. I'm gradually working my way back up in weight on the squats but there is no substitute for free-weight back squats for building/maintaining overall body power and core strength. I wish I would have tried this bar four years ago - live and learn.

Ok. It’s very awkward and doesn’t sit on rack. It will tip if you load 45lbs on one side. Knurl, coating and quality are good. Very heavy.

Like the bar a lot, use it quite often for squats and bench. I wish the knurling was a little more aggressive. Other than that it’s a great bar looks good and has a great camber.

The bar does not teeter on my rack like other reviewers have posted, I think due to the width of my rack and style of j-cups. The camber feels very comfortable for squatting and feels great for benching. The coating is durable and looks great. The bar is very well made. Definitely worthwhile for anyone looking to easy the strain of the low bar squat position.
