Did my first comfortable squat in years! Old shoulder injury made setting up very painful some days. This bar and specifically the 6in drop is AMAZING!! No shoulder pain, knees never felt better and back is much more upright. Bar is thicker than standard and the 6in curve makes for a nice camber for bench press as well as squat ...it's actually good for rows, dead lift...anything really but i found 2 cons. 1. Knurling is off center. I just taped the true middle 16 in with electric tape AND it's even comfortable shirtless!! 2. Bar can slide then tip with 1 plate on 1 side only. I put my FAT GRIPZ on touching the collars and it's all fixed! Also you can see videos of how to slide the bar to prevent that...hope you remember though! Still worth 5 stars and packaged amazing well as all my Titan Fitness shipments have been. You should see the wooden box my 90lb ball came in! Shipping EXPERTS!

I have a regular power bar, a whippy olympic bar, a safety squat bar, a football bar, and more. The Yukon Bar is my favorite out of them all. I squat and bench with it. Great for the shoulders.

Very comfortable for squats- feels great for bench- even feels good for some lifts like upright rows, etc Downside is that the curve of the bar is not equal- I haven’t loaded it down enough for it to be noticeable other than to my eye. But it’s definitely bent more to one side. I have J cups and the rogue monolift. It sits better in the monolift but if you aren’t careful when changing the weight it will try to fall off of the hooks. For the cost difference between this and the duffalo bar there’s really no comparison. It’d be like comparing a Ford Focus to a ferrari- that being said, this is a great bar for the price and definitely worth the investment. Especially if you are considering the duffalo bar, this is a great way to try a specialty bar before you drop that kind of $

Definitely worth the value. Regularly mix it in for Squats and Bench and occasional arm excersies. The extra stretch in the bench alone is worth the investment. So many comparable bars are ridiculously more expensive elsewhere...great value

I have bicep tendinitis and this bar is great for relieving pain while squatting and bench pressing . Be careful when taking weight off or putting weight on. If the bar not even on you rack it may slide. Overall, big win Titan.

Bar was delivered in five days. Works very well to manage my chronic shoulder pain for squats and bench work. Bar diameter is noticeably larger than standard bars, but that's a tradeoff for the price point.

Solid bar that does not flip in J-hooks. 2000# rated. Feels great on squat, bench, and overhead press. Most used bar in my home gym.

I think the bar is great, the only issue I have is the bar bend isn’t equal, meaning the radius of curvature is different from the middle of the bar to the sides, but even with this issue I still have had a good experience so far.
