I grabbed the Prone Row machine by Titan and needed the right bar for it. Bought the seal row bar and it’s heavy and sturdy and came packed super safe and in great condition. The handles are nicely knurled medium aggressive knurl. It’s also heavy I have and own alot of Titan and have zero issues

I would give it 5 stars but the plate loading tubes are just too short especially if using bumper plates. If you can use steel plates it will work for most but the big dogs out there. If you are a one of those folks than this will fall short in that regard but it is very well made and heavy with good knurling

This seal bar was advertised at being 50 pounds. I can pick up 50 pounds. This bar felt more like 150 pounds. I was looking for something that would allow me to do rows without lower back involvement. I thought this would be that something....NOT!!! The bar alone is just to heavy for my set up. I tried different configurations using an incline bench but couldn't find anything I was comfortable with. With the weight of the bar along with whatever weights added puts too much compression the chest and rib cage. I was also going to get the chest supported row machine until I saw a photo of it with two 45 plates on either side of the seal bar. I said I would never survive that. Don't laugh but I was fighting with this bar with only 10 pound plates on either side. I'm almost 70 years of age and know my way around a workout gym and yes, maybe my best days are behind me but this bar is still ridiculously heavy. I've wound up with a giant paper weight that's unusable standing in the corner collecting dust. I'm going to pick up the Titan chest supported t-bar row machine when they become available again. I think I'll have more fun with that.

Purchased it along with the adjustable prone row and I have to say, it's a must! It's heavier than a standard bar (50lbs) and you'll notice it right away because it is built to last! Love it....

It works for rows, but you have to play with the set up of the bench to make it work. I wish it was a couple inches wider so it would fit on the rack. It works really well for rack pulls off the floor. I recommend it, again just wish it was a couple inches wider.

I cant believe some of you are still doing your seal rows and banging the bar into the bench, not getting full range of motion, and leaving gains on the table. This bar is the real DEAL. Fixes all of those issues.
