“Obviously this bar is fantastic for prone rows, solid bar and the handle knurling is surprisingly good. Although I've found several other uses for this bar, with the use of a cheap squat pad this thing is surprisingly versatile. Front squats using the vertical grip for comfort, good mornings using a squat pad, standing calf raises, and it even doubles as a rackable hammer curl bar. One of the best kept secrets out there, the value for what you receive is incredible.”

“I have the chest supported row bench and have been waiting for this to be back in stock! I know it's going to be great because I already do this type of rows using annoying workarounds and with dumbbells, so this can only be better. Even if you don't already have Titan's Chest Supported bench, this will make seal rows doable with a flat bench or incline as another review says”

“Wow, I happened to come across this style of bar on YouTube watching different back exercises. And I do suffer from a previous lower back issue that can bother me from time to time. And bent over rows is an excellent exercise that I have not been able to perform in years because of it. With the purchase of this bar I am able to perform chest supported rows using an adjustable bench in the incline position facing the pad. I am able to now not only perform the rows but I am now able to go as heavy as I can without the possibility of lower back injury. This is an excellent exercise that should be the staple of any back building routine. My only complaint about this bar is that I did not find out about it sooner. I use an Ohio brand calibrated plates that do not fit all brand bars ,, they fit this bar without any issues. Packing was good no scratches, and no ugly weld issues / if your into that kinda thing, but I’m more about function anyway but to each their own. In conclusion if you have back issues or want to prevent any back issues this bar will allow you to go as heavy as you can stand to get those gainz. Women everywhere will notice something different about you, and my be temped to inadvertently place themselves in a situation where they are accidentally bumping into you. Get the bar already !”

“Received in perfect condition, well packaged, not a scratch on the bar. Never had a problem with Titan and have ordered quite a bit.”
