The Rackable Strongman Log Bars are essential for your strongman routine, allowing you to test your strength and engage your leg muscles, posterior chain, back, and shoulders. Each muscle is utilized throughout the log press as the bar progresses from the ground to the overhead position in the log clean and press. The neutral hand grips are comfortably seated within the log, and the wide cutout accommodates arms of all sizes. This neutral grip reduces shoulder stress during presses, ensuring your intensive training is free from unwanted pain or residual soreness. This durable bodybuilding tool features welded end caps, 42mm knurled grip handles, and is designed to fit Olympic-sized weight plates.

“I love my log! It’s fantastic, fun to lift, sturdy, and the knurling on the handles is just right. I enjoy lifting it in front of my garage while listening to 80s hair bands for my neighbors enjoyment. I am pleased with Titan and the protection plan, the original log was stolen during shipping and I originally received a cut in half empty box. I called Titan and they had a new log coming my way, that day. 10/10”

“The log is affordable and seems to be well made. All the welds look good, the handle is thick and comfortable and has mild knurling. Use some 1.5” rubber pipe couplings for collars.”

“Ive been using this bar for a few weeks. This is a fun implement to use & it compliments my pressing movements nicely. However; the "50mm" bar sleeve is smaller in size than 50mm. Standard Olympic 50mm collars will not tighten around the sleeve & slide off. I ordered Titian Twistlock Pro collars to use with the log. Unfortunately, these didn't work either as they will not tighten around the sleeve. I've had to wrap a band around the bar to keep the plates from flopping around. I do not care for the plate movement on this bar without useable collars. For the price of this log I didn't expect the advertised specs to be incorrect. This is less than ideal when you have a couple hundred pounds over your head...”

“Box was destroyed, fixed on one of the stops held up the shippping. Still arrived on time though. Fed Ex guy knocked on my door, the box had been destroyed again. Went to the truck and checked it out. Log was fine. Had been packed in a larger box loose. Not the best of packing methods but im just a guy buying gym equipment what do I know. Nice to have the insurance during the process gave piece of mind. Fit and finish are good, what I expected for the price point. Blank black powdercoat finish leaves room for some artistic additions with spray paint. Racks without a problem in my squat rack. Inside measurements on the uprights are 42 3/4 in.”
