The Rackable Strongman Log Bars are essential for your strongman routine, allowing you to test your strength and engage your leg muscles, posterior chain, back, and shoulders. “For what is paid it’s what I expected. Some of the welds are a bit chunky and there is me spot you can tell the welder burned through the metal. It’s kind of tossed together and painted over. Sturdy but not pretty”

“Good quality implement for the price! The unloaded weight is well distributed and is light enough that I can get a few good warm up sets in. The handles are a good spacing and thickness, the knurling is sharp. But not so overly aggressive that I'm worried about tearing my hands up every time I use it. If I hand a complaint, it's actually my rack and not the log itself. I use it from the rack and it fits EXACTLY on the spotter arms, but it's not a Titan rack. I bought cheap, my own fault.”

“Would like the 12" portion to be 2 or 3 inches shorter so it is easier to rack but this does work much better than trying to rack a normal log on safety bars.”

“Welds are good i have dropped it from over head with steel 45s and it wasn't phased. Knurling could be more aggressive but that's just me. Order was as expected during this time.”
