“Plates are great. Very useful for small jumps and plate loaded dumbbells. Good for fine tuning your 1 reps. Only complaint is packaging could be better, order 6 sets and 2 came with half a roll of tape on the box and the plates looked like they fell out and was dirty and had to clean them. 1 had to be reshipped due to my guess they lost some of the plates in Columbus at fed ex.”
