“These are very nifty, they’re useful in things like an overhead press or bench press plateau. With such a cheap purchase I can now progress at every .5 increment from 0.5 to 5 pounds. It’s coated in rubber so it is not harming any barbells. They’re not metal all the way through, they have varying sizes of a metal ring in the center and rubber all around the outside. The 0.25 however is rubber all the way through. The weights are accurate, the plates are durable. Great product.”
