The Grip Plates are offered in pairs of 2.5 LB, 5 LB, 10 LB, and 25 LB increments and are sold individually in 35 LB, 45 LB, and 55- LB. Additionally, we offer a full set of 245 LB. Each plate is made from Cast Iron and provides a durable rubber coating that prevents the weight from chipping and rusting. Each plate is designed with a 50.6mm center hole and features contoured grip handles to provide a secure grip when carrying or loading them onto your Olympic size barbell.

“After spending literally hours mapping out spreadsheets and comparing rubber-coated metal plates from REP, Rogue, Bells, and Giant Lifting, I kept coming back to these specific weights. I wanted a heavy-duty, cast-iron core, but with a precise rubber encasement that is quiet, durable, looks AMAZING and wouldn't smell like a toxic tire. These Titan 25 lb Rubber Grip Plates nailed the exact sweet spot of premium build quality and legitimate value unlike any of the other brands. The actual molding is incredibly clean, the inserts are perfectly flush, seated tight, and slide easily onto barbells. The grip cutouts are actual handles that give your fingers a secure lock when hands are sweaty. To get this level of durability, an incredibly clean finish, and a solid iron core without paying the "brand name tax" of a Rogue or REP is a massive win for anyone building a gym.”

“The rubber plates are really nice for early basement workouts to reduce noise. The opposing grips are really hard to find. A lot of the opposing grip plates on the market are angled. Not only are these opposing grips ergonomic but the heavier plates have four grips to choose from when loading. Nice design Titan. I don’t get to excited about plates but I would have given these a 5 star review but a lot of the plates came scratched up. This was more of an annoyance. I would recommend these plates for anyone wanting an easy grip rubber plate.”

“The pictures do not do these plates justice. I love the matte finish. The grips and finish feel great in your hand. Did not weigh the plates, so I can’t speak to their accuracy. Except for bumper plates. I will be replacing all my other plates with these.”

“I added the 25's to my set of Titan rubber plates. Love the set better than my other rubber coated set. Non of them had bad smell if any. I recommend all of them for sure.”
