The Grip Plates are offered in pairs of 2.5 LB, 5 LB, 10 LB, and 25 LB increments and are sold individually in 35 LB, 45 LB, and 55- LB. Additionally, we offer a full set of 245 LB. Each plate is made from Cast Iron and provides a durable rubber coating that prevents the weight from chipping and rusting. Each plate is designed with a 50.6mm center hole and features contoured grip handles to provide a secure grip when carrying or loading them onto your Olympic size barbell.

“We replaced all of our cast iron plates with the Titan Fitness grip plates. We wanted to have rubber-coated plates with grips so that we could use the plates individually for various exercises. This eliminated the need for a lot of extra kettle bells as well. The grips work great and make racking and unracking easier and much safer! We didn't want the larger size bumper plates because we could not fit them all in a vertical configuration on our Titan Fitness T-2 rack. One recommendation is to wash these plates with light soap and water when you get them. Car wash soap works well. They are shipped in plastic with a very light protective layer of "oil" to preserve and protect the rubber during shipping. Once you wash them the "rubber" smell goes away.”
