The Grip Plates are offered in pairs of 2.5 LB, 5 LB, 10 LB, and 25 LB increments and are sold individually in 35 LB, 45 LB, and 55- LB. Additionally, we offer a full set of 245 LB. Each plate is made from Cast Iron and provides a durable rubber coating that prevents the weight from chipping and rusting. Each plate is designed with a 50.6mm center hole and features contoured grip handles to provide a secure grip when carrying or loading them onto your Olympic size barbell.

“Retired competitive pro bodybuilder. 59 years old fighting Multiple Sclerosis and my plates are used daily in my home gym. Mine don't smell. The grip is great even with sweaty hands. Home gym, less noise for others. I recommend them. Great choise for a between metal and bummers.”

“We have replaced all of our cast iron plates with these Titam Grip Plates! They are easy to handle, quiet when in use, they are safer to handle than cast iron or bumper plates, and can be used for a host of exercises all by themselves. They have been the perfect compliment to our gym and we are so glad that we switched over these plates! When they come from Titan, they will probably have a very light film of shipping oil on the rubber to protect it, so be sure to wash them with mild soap and warm water to get the film off and then dry thoroughly.”

“The plates are excellent. Love how easy they are to grab and pickup because of the design. So much better than a flat regular plate. I’d highly recommend these then any regular flat plate design”
