The Grip Plates are offered in pairs of 2.5 LB, 5 LB, 10 LB, and 25 LB increments and are sold individually in 35 LB, 45 LB, and 55- LB. Additionally, we offer a full set of 245 LB. Each plate is made from Cast Iron and provides a durable rubber coating that prevents the weight from chipping and rusting. Each plate is designed with a 50.6mm center hole and features contoured grip handles to provide a secure grip when carrying or loading them onto your Olympic size barbell.

“Returned the order and have gotten horrible customer service!!! Asked multiple times for a manager to call me but had gotten no response!! The website talks of customer service but there is NONE!! The most frustrated I have been with a company ever!!!”

“Best deal for a 45 lb plate with handles out there. They are a little bigger in diameter than my other 45 lb plates but quality is good. I like dealing with Titan. I have several pieces of equipment I’ve bought from them.”

“These to me our the best plates on the market for the bang for your buck there is. These 45 LB Single Grip Plates offer all the elements you could possibly ask for in a Weight Plate. Grip handles to make it easier to move around the gym with the handles and rubber grip many functional exercises can be used in a workout routine, are affordable, and have similar elements to bumper plates without taking up as much space on the bar. Plus, they clean up nicely and they stay looking really good.”

“These plates are fantastic. They look great; especially with multiple plates on. I have a smaller gym room and the rubber coating does a great job reducing the cling clanging noise. I was a little surprised to see the 45s are a bit thinner than the 25,35 and 55 pounders, but that’s no biggy. I would definitely recommend these plates”
