“The Titan Safety Squat Bar has been a real game changer for me, especially because I deal with elbow tendonitis. Traditional straight bar squats always put extra strain on my elbows from the tight grip position, and it made heavy leg training uncomfortable. This bar completely removes that problem. The angled handles and neutral hand position let me keep my elbows relaxed, which takes all the pressure off the tendons while still giving great control and stability. The padding is firm and supportive, and the way the bar sits across the upper back feels very natural. It keeps my posture consistent during every rep, and I notice that my squat mechanics feel smoother and more controlled. The bar also feels very solid and well built, with just the right amount of balance to make heavier sets feel stable and predictable. Beyond squats, this bar has opened up extra training options like good mornings and split squats without irritating my elbows. “My package came damaged with multiple holes in the box and missing one handle and one sleeve for the safety squat bar. Kinda hard to use without all of the parts. I have filed a claim and 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for a response regarding the remedy. Be aware if you order from Titan and your order is damaged or missing parts you will be waiting a long time for a resolution. In my opinion, from here on out I will not buying titan equipment. Dealing with a third party to remedy a problem with the order that is not my fault, and I paid for the ‘protection insurance’, is not acceptable. I will spend more money on reputable products that don’t source out their customer service. I have sent multiple emails and get AI generated customer services responses that have no clarity or details to them. Good luck, buyer be aware”
