“The padding of the bar is great and sits great on my shoulders when it comes to Hatfield squats. Only gripe I have is the handles came bent, and they keep twisting off.”

“When I ordered, I missed the part that said it was a 3 piece bar assembly. The sleeves are secured on my an inset screw and the handles screw in. I put some locktite in the handles because one always seemed to loosen up, but the sleeves are totally secrured. I would definitely reccommend.”

“The Titan Safety Squat Bar has been a real game changer for me, especially because I deal with elbow tendonitis. Traditional straight bar squats always put extra strain on my elbows from the tight grip position, and it made heavy leg training uncomfortable. This bar completely removes that problem. The angled handles and neutral hand position let me keep my elbows relaxed, which takes all the pressure off the tendons while still giving great control and stability. The padding is firm and supportive, and the way the bar sits across the upper back feels very natural. It keeps my posture consistent during every rep, and I notice that my squat mechanics feel smoother and more controlled. The bar also feels very solid and well built, with just the right amount of balance to make heavier sets feel stable and predictable. Beyond squats, this bar has opened up extra training options like good mornings and split squats without irritating my elbows. It has definitely helped me train legs harder while avoiding the pain that used to limit me. For the price, the quality and performance are impressive. If you have elbow tendonitis or just want to train squats more comfortably, the Titan Safety Squat Bar is absolutely worth it.”
