“My period is something I weirdly ALMOST look forward to now. These are comfortable and stay in place. I find they actually hold a medium flow for me, and they distribute everything so much better than a pad does. I do find that on my heavy day, I can’t quite make them last and need two pair. That’s exactly how they’re advertised, but I actually get more out of them than advertised. I do wish they made briefs. I want a little more coverage for comfort but these do actually stay in place even for sleep. I normally have a problem with front leakage with pads no matter WHAT I do and some back leakage if I’m not careful. I can just put these on and not worry at all, even when I’m asleep. My cramps are less. I don’t feel anything. It’s just like normal underwear unless it’s my heavy day and then it’s a little wetness when it’s closer to the time to change them out. I dab some toilet paper on them and that takes care of that problem. These are a life changer for me. Seriously. Easy to wash, too. I rinse them out in the shower or the sink and toss in the wash with some white vinegar instead of fabric softener to still leave them soft but make sure they keep their absorption.”

“These run a little small, but that's true of most period undies. I've only tried them on the first and last days of my period for which they are perfect in my opinion. Works great in tandem with a menstrual cup.
