“I ordered the wrong parts, the one's i need are obsolete, sent back to you today, with you tommorow, ordered a new 7l one today, 6l lasted 30 years and still would be working if i could the seals.”
“Not sure if I can recommend this as the cooker isn’t functioning properly. I bought the new sealing ring as the lid of the cooker was letting steam out all the time and I had to stand over the cooker holding the two parts of the handle together ( with a cloth) to try to get it cook properly- and that was hit or mi. Having put the new sealing ring on, the lid seems tighter but the red pressure indicator valve does not come up when it’s reached pressure so can’t gauge time needed to cook. Again it’s either not cooking or actually burning food as been left on too lon, waiting for the red pressure indicator valve to rise- which it has never done! Can you please advise”
