The sealing ring sent was the right size 22cms but for the wrong model, the model I have T90115 I was sent part No. TS1007 my model part number is TS1006 which is unavailable on your site. By the way my pressure cooker has a 10-year guarantee but I can't get the part. Please let me know when it comes into stock.”

“The ring sent was the wrong ring for my pressure cooker, model T90103.
I was told on 28 May that there is a safety recall on that model. I filled in the online form and returned it the same day. The web site told me to expect a reply within 48 hours but to date I have received no reply or even an acknowledgement.”
“Very disappointing. We have been trying to replace the original black sealing ring that got lost & although we have now bought 2 of the size specified in the operator manual, the pressure cooker continues to leak steam down the sides when in use.”
