“I have struggled with the measuring of impact for most of my career. I could not figure out the solutions to several of my problems. Between the pre-work and Paul Leone I am now in such a better position to analyze my programs. The tools in this class will change how I measure my programs going forward. “This course was extremely well done and my team and I left with clear direction on how to improve our training evaluation efforts. Our instructor really knew the content well and was very adept at presenting the information and responding to the questions and needs of the whole group. As someone who has worked in training for 25+ years, I would put this class at the very top of professional development events I have attended.
