The content was insightful, the camaraderie was inspiring, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. As part of a small team, I often wonder whether we’re aligned with current trends and best practices in the training space. This conference was exactly what we needed—it offered validation, fresh perspectives, and practical takeaways. I had an amazing time and learned so much. “I enjoyed it for what it is. It's really good for training professionals that are new in their careers. As tenure ramps up, I feel the value of your event may diminish. The rooms were a bit small for the AI conversations. All sessions in that room were packed. Lunch and Happy Hour coordination was terrible. Folks didn't know that there were two lines / two areas that they could go to. The "expo" hallways were cramped particularly when there was a buffet there.”

“I absolutely loved TICE! There was a good variety of topics to choose from and the food was really delicious (which was an added bonus). The networking session really helped me to make some connections because I tend to be shy around people I don't know. I wish sessions were offered more than once because I often found myself wanting to attend 2-3 that were at the same time. This was my first time attending and I'll definitely be back in the future!”

“Always a good mix of vendors and professionals. This year was no different. The change to the hotel was better overall, but some of the rooms were really hot and the seating was too close in the larger rooms. The food was decent, but not great. But that is not something you can typically control. The vendor hallways are always fun and this year there were some really good vendors. Overall, this was a solid conference with some good take-aways.”

“TICE 2025 was a wonderful event for training managers and learning leaders. I loved being able to connect with peers to learn and share best practices. There were so many fantastic sessions offered that sometimes it was hard to choose which one to attend! I would strongly recommend this conference to anyone working in the training or learning and development fields.”

“The uniqueness about the TICE event is that it immediately makes you feel a sense of belonging. I've been to several training and development events throughout my professional years, and I'll say, Training Industry has been my favorite. From he keynote speakers, to the breakout sessions, and mostly, the wonderful people you meet... Looking forward to next year's TICE.”
