“Got summer black truffles, received 3 in the box, felt fresh, not spongy, but no flavour, disappointed.
I’ve had summer truffle before but these ones didn’t smell almost at all and tasted very plain. Maybe too early in the season? They looked fresh as the grain of the truffle was compact but it was very bright. Not sure what to make of it.”
