All my pre purchase queries were answered with an in depth knowledge of the product. Delivery was easy to arrange and my cabin was left in the position I wanted. Installation has been an enjoyable experience and I found quite easy with the documentation and videos supplying all the information required to prevent any errors. It was also great to know that Tuin also have an out of office contacts process should problems arise, although I did not need that service.
